How and where does empathy originate?

What difficulties do you encounter when trying to solve the problem?

  • What obstacles prevent you from achieving your goals?
  • What solutions are you considering or using?
  • What alternatives or competitors are you evaluating or using?
  • How do they perceive the existing solutions?
